World Economic Forum Annual Meeting (Davos 2025)

The 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) will take place from 20 to 24 January 2025 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.

The WEF25 will bring together over 2,500 global leaders from government, business, and civil society, as well as preeminent scientific and cultural thinkers, under the theme "Collaboration for the Intelligent Age", to revive and reimagine growth. The meeting will serve as a crucial, trusted platform for forging comprehensive solutions to common challenges, while driving systemic impact for people, prosperity, and the planet.

The President of the World Farmers' Organisation (WFO), Mr Arnold Puech d'Alissac, will be present in Davos to advocate for the interests of farmers in several high-level sessions, roundtables, and bilateral meetings on key global issues.

For the first time, a WFO Young Farmer delegate will also join the Annual Meeting. Elisabeth Hidén (LRF, Sweden), a former student of the WFO Gymnasium High-level Capacity Building Programme, President of the Federation of Young Swedish Farmers, and Vice-President of the European Council of Young Farmers (CEJA), will represent the voice of young farmers. Her presence will bring a unique perspective to the discussions, highlighting the importance of youth engagement in global policymaking.
