The World Farmers’ Organisations is pleased to announce that the call for the expression of interest is now open for the WFO young farmers interested in attending the second edition of the WFO Gymnasium High-Level Capacity Building Programme.

Since its official launch in October 2017 at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, many successful training sessions have been organized on different agriculture-related topics, back to back relevant international processes, i.e. plenary sessions of the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) in Rome, High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) in New York, Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) in Berlin, UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP25) in Madrid, IFAD Farmers’ Forum in Rome. That allowed 20 young farmers from across the globe to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders in the value chain, learn from each other as well as from experts on different topics and processes, attend international conferences around the world and advocate on behalf of the global farmers’ community.
