The UN Summits Week 2019 is kicking off today in New York, and the World Farmers’ Organisation (WFO) stands ready to join it.
Several high-level meetings are taking place from September 22nd to 29th, within the framework of this year UN General Assembly General Debate (UNGA74), including the most critical climate meeting since the Paris Climate Summit, the UN Secretary-General Climate Action Summit.
A delegation of WFO, led by the President Dr Theo De Jager is bringing the farmers’ voice in the debate, by taking part in several high-level meetings, workshops and international discussions.
